At the 12th Annual Professional Conference and General Assembly of the European Partners Against Corruption (EPAC) and the European Anti-Corruption Network on 23 November 2012 in Barcelona, Mr Giovanni Kessler, Director-General of OLAF, was elected the President of these two networks for two years.
