Description of the future tender: OLAF needs a provider of access to a commercial database of relevant, comprehensive and updated data on Bulgarian companies, organisations and other entities under Bulgarian Law. Moreover, non-Bulgarian speakers must be able to work with the database.
The contract should start by the end of November.

Short description of the future tender: Acquisition of official information, normally Customs Authority and/or National Statistical Office sourced, about imports into and exports from all the countries listed below at every single shipment/transaction level. The contract should start from 1 June 2020 but historical data should be available going back at least 3 years.

Task: To analyse and compare the technical offers made by two IT companies against the technical specifications of the tender procedure with a view to establishing whether the bids were fully compliant with the technical requirements of the Contracting Authority in the area of the supply of audit and document handling software, together with hardware equipment, customisation, installation, set-up and training services.
